SANTO TRAFFICANTE was a Mob chief under Lansky in Cuba and Florida, with a specialty in drug running and bank crime. Part of the anti-Castro/JFK axis, he continued to worked for decades with the CIA on assassinations and drug ops. In the 80s, he funded several CIA cut-outs used in Iran-Contra.
